Techniques
A few of our effective treatment techniques include: soft tissue mobilizations, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy (CST), manually resisted exercise (MRE), muscle energy technique (MET), proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), nerve flossing, corrective stretching, pilates reformer activities, yoga poses, yoga wall inversions, Feldenkrais functional integration, postural awareness techniques, isolated glute & abdominal activation exercises, and drills for balance & gait mechanics.

Feldenkrais Method
We incorporate teaching the Feldenkrais method into our treatments. We emphasize noticing change in your body and the way you move every session. The awareness of how your body is moving allows your neuromuscular connection to significantly improve, which leads to more efficient and frictionless movement - therefore free of pain. We also regularly fuse yoga and pilates techniques into our treatments
