Women's Health

Both women and men can have pelvic floor dysfunctions. Dysfunction of the pelvic floor muscles can cause incontinence, pain, constipation, and lack of desire for intimacy with your partner.  We are trained to use noninvasive techniques to find restrictions using gentle pressure and improve pelvic floor function, menstrual pain, ovarian cysts, and fertility issues.

Viscera & Visceral Organs

Fascial restrictions can occur anywhere in your body. An organ can get ‘glued’ down creating a lack of mobility or pain with movement. Your stomach, diaphragm, intestines, and bladder may be affected and can create nausea, difficulty breathing, constipation, or incontinence. These organs can also create pain that refers to other parts of your body such as your back or hip, or may be hard to describe or pinpoint exactly where the pain is. We are trained to locate these restrictions through our touch and relieve the stuck organ which creates improved mobility and helps restore proper function for that organ.

Menstrual Pain & Ovarian cysts

Using gentle non-invasive pressure from outside of your belly we are able to locate restrictions along your ovaries or uterus. With sustained light pressure and simple movements these restrictions melt away similar to how a muscle would, something medications are unable to do. Even a single quick session can reduce pain by over 80% and may last multiple cycles.

Infertility

There are many reasons a woman may not be able to get pregnant, there are often physical restrictions within the ovaries, fallopian tubes, or uterus that go untreated by many fertility specialists. Drugs can only do so much, unless someone is actually touching you these restrictions may never go away. We use noninvasive techniques where we are basically gently pressing our hands into your belly - but in the right spots - combined with simple movements that cause these restrictions to release. Be sure to book on or the day before ovulation!
