There are millions of ways to become injured, we are familiar with assessing and treating anything from muscle and ligament tears, disc herniations, sleeping wrong, sitting incorrectly, arthritis, sprains, falls/trauma, overuse, pinched nerve, and more. Depending on what you like to do some injuries may be inevitable, but a lot can be avoided by training your body to move more efficiently and safely - that is always our highest priority.

Running injuries are from repetitive strain caused by dysfunctional movement patterns during running. There are many running styles that may work well, but there are even more factors that lead to dysfunctional running mechanics that cause injury.

We treat anything from ligament or muscle tears, fractures, lifting injuries, rotator cuff, post-surgical rehab, golf swing, and the pain that you can’t quite figure out where it originated.

Rather than forcing your body into a swing, we assess your movement and find a swing for your body that doesn’t put excessive forces where they shouldn’t be. Also being trained and certified by Titleist Performance Institute we are able to quickly assess where your swing mechanics need work, and how to teach improved coordination & sequencing.

Dancing often entails repetitive end range movements, if you stretch a lot to become very flexible but don’t learn how to be stable at your new end range you increase your chances of injury. Repetition also leads to overworked muscles with imbalances, learning how to train the antagonistic muscle group maintains balance and alignment throughout your body.
